Inside Sales Manager (Manufacturing)

Charterhouse is working with a European Multinational Company which manufactures, develops and produces specialist materials for the clothing, horticultural and the aviation sector. Our client is a global leader in the textile space, offering new technologies and state-of-the-art production methods.

Due to the continuing growth of the business within the UAE, the organisaton is looking to hire an Inventory Data Analysis professional who has demonstrable experience within the manufacturing and warehouse space.

This mid-senior level role will require the incumbent to oversee and support the businesses inside sales representative team, monitoring the sales metrics and managing the entire sales administration process.

In conjunction, you will proactively collaborate with various professionals with the aim to increase market share, communicating and presenting product lines in a confident and effective manor, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

The Inside Sales Manager will require forward thinking, demonstrating initiative to improve the overall sales process, from both a KPI and administrative perspective. Additionally, you will motivate and train sales associates, to ensure high levels of output are met, offering support and guidance to maximise the team’s performance.

The role will liaise with the planning and logistics department, to ensure timely delivery of goods, whilst preparing product or service reports to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.

Requirements

The successful candidate must hold a bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field from an internationally recognised University. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track-record of managing and motivating inside sales teams, to achieve KPI’s specific to the manufacturing sector. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills, with a problem-solving attitude.

Our client is looking to hire an expert in Microsoft Navision, Dynamics NAV and Power BI, who has proven experience of delivering results within tight time-lines, in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Experience with CRM, excel, sales force is essential.
