Job description / Role
Our client a multinational manufacturer of valves for the oil and gas and water industries, is looking to recruit a Inside Sales Manager to oversee a team of inside Sales Engineers, Logistics personnel, and warehouse staff.
You will manage the office operation team and deliver operational On time delivery, yearly inventory turns, full order line delivery and completed quotation request on time. You will also manage and forecast sales orders, sales figures on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and develop improved quotation process or tool to improve their current quotation process.
Requirements
The successful candidate must reside in the UAE and have consistent experience in Inside sales for the valves industry, team management experience and knowledge of forecasting sales orders and figures, stock ordering processes and distributor training.
