Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a European global technology company whose interests lie in the offshore oil and gas technical solutions industry we are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Specialist. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for providing on time quotations for ME customers, assist the Regional Sales Manager with the review of RFI/RFQ/RFP's, provide technical clarification to customers, sending enquiries to vendors to obtain techno commercial offers, covert quotes to orders, process orders in Salesforce, initiate complete project timeline from PO placement to shipment, technical and commercial negotiation with vendors ensuring materials are supplied as per project requirements, enable inspection test plan procedures with customers, accompany if necessary customers for testing of equipment and have the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, manage orders through 3PL logistics, manage materials, coordinate with warehouse for the consolidation of all materials and prep for shipping and, document
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be degree educated in an engineering discipline, have 2 years similar experience in a similar inside sales role with a technical background, fluency in English and be highly organised with attention to detail.
