Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading developer based in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire an Inspection Engineer (Developer Relations) to work on a number of prestigious new build projects.
This role will report to the Head of Developer Relations. As an Inspection Engineer, you will take prime responsibility for monitoring the status for all projects the developer is working on. You will be on site ensuring projects are delivered to standards set by the relevant authorities. You will also liaise with clients and manage various consultants and contractors in resolving any issues.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Degree in civil engineering or architecture with at least 1 year experience or a Diploma in a relevant area coupled with at least 5 years’ site experience.
You should also have an excellent command of written and spoken English. It is essential you are computer literate with MS Office applications with the ability to produce business reports and procedure manuals.
