Inspector (Aviation)

Job description / Role

The inspector is responsible to perform initial inspection, final inspection and maintenance of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle with associated equipment.

- Thorough understanding of various AIRCRAFT systems and its components.
- Evaluates operating data on parts, components, and systems to establish causes and to determine remedies for wear, malfunctions, premature removals, initial inspection and final inspection.
- Evaluates, selects, applies, and/or adapts engineering modifications; designs or recommends new or modified parts and components; analyzes reparability of parts and components
- Analyzes and evaluates aircraft and associated equipment proposals;
- Prepares technical data, procedures, reports, drawings, manuals, and other required publications.
- Ensure and comply safety, health and environmental procedures of work and staff.

Requirements

* Technical Diploma or equivalent & Aircraft Maintenance training
* 3 years’ experience as Inspector and 10 years’ experience as Aircraft Technician
* Technical knowledge of Aviation products and materials.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with effective problem solving abilities
* Able to interface effectively with all levels of the organisation and external customers
