Position Announcement:

The Executive Development Center (EDC) at the University of Balamand Dubai (UOBD) invites applications from appropriately qualified candidates to develop and deliver short professional courses in the following areas:
- Accounting and Finance for Non-Financial Managers
- Interviewing Techniques for Quality Hiring
- Financial Analysis
- Marketing & Advertising
- Customer Experience & Customer Journey Mapping
- Management and Strategy (All Areas)
- Business Analytics & Big Data
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Applications
- Internet of Things and Applications
- Business Communication
- Wide Range of Other Areas

About Executive Development Center (EDC):

The EDC is the professional and executive development arm of UOBD. The EDC designs and delivers top-quality, relevant programs and services that meet the specific knowledge and skills-development needs of private and public sector organizations in the UAE and the GCC region. The EDC is accredited by Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the UK.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

- A master’s degree and/or a professional designation in a relevant area to the course
- Significant professional experience and practice in an area relevant to the course
- Track record of effectiveness in leading training, professional and executive courses
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

About the Company

The University of Balamand Dubai (UOBD) was established in the UAE in 2017 as a private, independent institution of higher learning, located at Dubai Investments House, Dubai Investments Park (DIP). Licensed by the Ministry of Education (MOE) of the United Arab Emirates, UOBD opened its doors in September 2018.
