Interim HR Director (Must have UAE Experience)

Our client is a market leading global organization which is looking to recruit a leading HR Director for an interim project for up to 6 to 12 months (most likely to convert to permanent). The role is based in Dubai

Experience of fast growth organisations, understanding local UAE labour law, culture with an eye on a corporations global remit and methodology.

We are looking for an experienced HR leader who has the ability to operate and advise at a strategic level but also be able and willing to 'roll their sleeves up' and get involved in operational elements where necessary.

The successful candidate will have experience of start-up HR functions ideally from a retail, telco or banking background.

With overall accountability for the HR function this role has responsibility for driving and delivering the people agenda across the Company.

Requirements

- Drive the HR strategy and any related projects throughout the business gaining support and buy-in, with the ability to change priorities and direction in order to meet business needs.
- Work closely with executive team to establish people and cultural needs across the business and come up with creative and appropriate HR solutions for the following requirements:
- Recruit for hard to fill positions
- Learning and Development: Advise, design and implement L&D strategy
- Implement Performance Plans and KPI's
- Design reward piece to help drive company objectives
- Coach, support and advice the senior team on all HR related aspects within their teams.
- Continually evaluate current practices in order to seek opportunities to improve and develop
