Interior Architect/Draughtsman

Job description / Role

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within a rapidly growing company for a Draughtsman.

- Preparation and modifications of floor and elevation plans on time and under Quality parameters fixed by Senior Designers.
- Realizatdion of as built drawings.
- Fulfils daily targets and cope up with dead lines.
- Keep documentation organised and according client requirements
- Experience in technical documentation and shop drawings.
- Design presentation capabilities
- Technical drawings to draft and review in terms of architecture, interiors, mechanical, structural and civil electrical planning.
- Space planning and rendered floor plans
- Experience in preparation of bill of quantities
- Confident in liaison with contractors and suppliers
- Site supervision in light of drawings produced
- Submission of drawings produced
- Submission of reports for work in progress
- Attending client meetings

Requirements

- Degree/diploma in related field
- More than 2 years experience with minimum 2 year UAE experience
- Must be expert and above well versed level in: AUTOCAD 2D and 3D, 3Ds Studio max, Adobe Photoshop, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
- Must be confident in its decision, the role will include liaison with high-end clients and suppliers

A person with good 3D visualization will be given priority, Extreme caution has to be given on not using “blocks” for 3D visualization as the company offers bespoke solutions to clients therefore “blocks” or off the internet items does not relate. Possessing of a Valid UAE license is an added benefit.
