Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting for an Interior Design Architect - Specifier & Technical Specialist with F&B project experience.
- As the Interior Design Architect, you will collaborate with our multi-disciplined teams of in-house Architects and Engineers and be responsible for the organization, preparation and consultation of project specifications and quality assurance efforts for a broad range of project types and sizes.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Have at least 5 years experience in the same role with project experience in the F&B industry
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Architecture or a related field
- Highly proficient in specification software
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively and openly to all team members - Fluency in English (verbal & written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplined team
- Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and produce satisfactory results to meet deadlines
