Interior Design Coordinator – Hospitality & F&B Projects – Based in Dubai

Our client is a leading Hospitality Interior Design practice based in Dubai are looking for an Interior Design Coordinator for their technical team. Their projects are well known and have a host of awards for projects they have competed, these are both hotels and F&B concepts.

• The studio in Dubai has a strong focus on hospitality design, and they are a talented and established team.
• The successful candidate will work on prestigious luxury hospitality projects in the GCC region and internationally.
• You will need to have a strong project history within Interior Design with a strong focus on restaurants and/or hotels and have working examples of these.

Requirements

• Interior Design Coordinator with 5 years experience working on Hospitality projects.

Experience

• Very good AutoCAD experience with relevant suitable qualification in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, such as but not limited to MEP, Kitchen Design and Lighting Designers
• Prepare technical drawings for tender stage and construction.
• Produce and revise layouts, design and working drawings.
• Able to demonstrate full awareness and knowledge of hospitality industry standards.
• Modelling and design capabilities for bespoke joinery and FF&E items.
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary design team.
• Able to work to tight timescales and budgets with minimum supervision.
• Able to work methodically, accurately and quickly.
• Good communication skills in English and able to be clear and concise with information and support the team.
