Our client, who is one of the leading architecture and engineering firms in the GCC region, requires an experienced Interior Designer to join them on a permanent basis, to work on a series of high rise projects.

A successful candidate will be supervising the works of relevant contractors to ensure quality and construction are in accordance with drawings, specifications, BOQs and local regulations, acting as a focal point to the client and to the Project Director and Resident Engineer.

Duties
- Hands on in monitoring the interior architectural works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual
- Review and inspection of materials and suppliers to ensure required standards
- Inspect materials delivered on site for quality and compliance with specification
- Liaison and coordinate with the necessary specialized sub-consultants
- Assist with the review contractors claims related to interior architectural works and preparing technical recommendations for claims to Architectural PM
- Reviewing the contractor’s project record documents relevant to their discipline

Requirements

- Degree qualified
- GCC experience
- Relevant experience as an Interior Designer
- Able to speak Arabic and English
- Must be willing to work 6 day weeks

Salary: 20,000-25,000 AED (dependent on experience)
