Job description / Role
We are looking, driven, result oriented competitive Intern delegate sales representatives with the aptitude for strong sales phone sales skills.
Job description:
• The capacity and desire to make 50-70 dials daily
• Manage all sales calls with a professional and consistent sales process that integrates the key tenets of successful phone selling
• Provide important and timely information from the customers/industry for assigned trainings/courses to the Training and marketing groups to help generate growth and take advantage of untapped opportunities
• Oversee communication from invoicing to payment collection
• To represent at all times, through both verbal and written communication
• To develop an acute understanding and general awareness of the brand and the market in which it operates
• Maintain clients record, referrals, and prospective clients corporate accounts.
• Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
• Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment with a proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets
• A quick learner with intellectual curiosity with the ability to understand different markets and subject matter quickly
• Able to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines, as well as keep accurate records
• Strong negotiation skills
• Results focused
• A go getter with the ability to work in a very autonomous environment
• Bi-Lingual – English & Arabic Language is a plus
Education and Experience Requirements:
• BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
• One to three years of industry sales experience
