Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Internal Communication policy administrator - Temp 6 months contract

- The role will hold responsibility for the standardization and revision of internal policies, ensuring consistency in format and language.
- The role is responsible for the development of existing policies and processes into measurable, implementable policies and/or processes.
- The role will oversee the implementation of policies and/or processes to ensure that they meet the agreed outcome.

Requirements

Experience

- 3 + years’ experience of writing and editing official documentation ideally within a semi-government / government environment.

Competencies/Skills/Others

- Expert command of the English language, both written and verbally
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Ability to read and comprehend the information and ideas presented in writing.
- Fluency in English writing for internal audiences.
- Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing in a format that others will understand.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with internal stakeholders at all levels within the organization in a clear and concise manner.
- Highly focused on accuracy, attention to detail and timely delivery.
- A quick and motivated learner who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suites; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Must be able to work independently in an environment with many contributors and stakeholders, as well as across departments.
- Ability to read and write Arabic is desired but not essential.
