Job description / Role
- Review the existing internal control requirements from our client and, if necessary, adapt them to the local context and constraints
- Assess the existing level of compliance of our client and its affiliates with the internal control rules
- Coordinate the set-up and implementation of the internal procedures within the organization (stores and head office)
- Conduct regular internal audits in stores and at the head offices in accordance with our client’s guidelines
- Alert management in case of any significant risk identified during the internal audits and propose action plans
- Monitor the timely implementation of the internal control plans
- Have frequent interactions with all personnel within the organization
- In charge of security companies relationships, including cash collection contracts.
Requirements
- MBA, Master, Business School
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar position
- Knowledge in retail is a plus
