Job description / Role
Objectives: Internal Recruiter / InHouse Recruiter, Dubai. Working for a very well known international brand. EXCEPTIONAL ROLE -TEMP TO PERM CONTRACT. Must have an IMMEDIATE START DATE
Main responsibilities: Internal Recruitment on all ongoing projects for this prestigious brand.
Ideally you will have at least 3 years recruitment and or inhouse / internal recruitment experience. If you have come out of agency side and gone into inhouse then that would be ideal.
A stable CV is a MUST. If you have more than 3 jobs in 2 years then my client will not be interested.
Reporting to: Manager
Duration: Temp to Perm
Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday
Gross monthly base salary: 17,000 AED - 19,000 AED per month
Commission / Bonus: annual commission
Requirements
In-house and or agency recruiters accepted for this role. Of course if you have Internal rec exp then advantage.
You will need to be very strong on delivery side and sourcing.
