Job description / Role
- Joining an internal recruitment team within a leading organisation in Dubai;
- You will be be responsible for managing a portfolio of vacancies
- Working on roles at various levels
- Managing the 360 recruitment process including sourcing and screening candidates, arranging interviews and relaying feedback
- Manage candidate attraction via job boards, web site and social media
- Negotiate job offers and packages with hiring managers and candidates
- Build a talent bank of potentially suitable candidates for future referral and approaches.
- Promote a positive external perception of the business and take steps to protect and enhance the brand and reputation
Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years experience within a similar position
- Internal recruiter experience beneficial
- Must be self motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to liaise with clientele at all levels
Must be Male Indian applicants.
