Job description / Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced bilingual (English/Arabic) IT/Technical Recruiter to join a rapidly expanding IT organisation which is head quartered in Abu Dhabi. There is flexibility to spend some time in the Dubai office.
Please note this is initially a one-year contract.
Requirements
- Must speak English AND Arabic
- Must have 5 years recruitment experience (the last 3 of which should be in-house with an international IT company)
- Experience in sourcing software development/IT candidates directly from European/US markets
- Experience managing suppliers and managing hiring manager's expectations
- Must work well under pressure and have experience recruiting a high number of specialised, technical candidates within tight deadlines.
- Must have UAE drivers license.
- Must have outstanding written and spoken English skills.
