Job description / Role
- Ensure that all inventory transactions are properly documented in accordance with Standard
- Define and enhance work Flow Procedures in order to protect the Inventory accuracy
- Conduct weekly ABC Cycle Counts and monthly physical counts. Operating procedures.
- Ensure timely purchase of materials to increase inventory turns & minimizing inventory
- Ensure accurate inventory and consumption figures are reported end of the month
- Ensure proper reconciliation of inventory by storage location and zones
- Ensure accuracy of inventory batch movement and apply FIFO properly
- Produce regular stocks reports and daily stocks positions
- Ensure no shipment without proper invoicing
- Controlling the warehouse Documents
- Monitor auction and liquidation inventory on a weekly basis
- Responsibility of stock Position accuracy in comparison with System
- Delivering and fulfilling objectives and directions from the warehouse manager and management
- Daily Co-ordinate with Sales / Logistics and Finance
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Maintain and monitor the daily receiving report.
- Monitor stock levels and aged inventory
- 100% warehouse inventory accuracy
