Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our Client is currently looking for a professional and driven Inventory Manager.

- Controlling the daily stock order.
- Setting operational standards for all staff to follow.
- Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products.
- Managing excess and ageing stock.
- Using electronic inventory tracking to scan stock and reconcile inventory.
- Minimising exposure to obsolete and excess stock.
- Putting forward recommendations for operational policy, procedures and goals.
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to report and analyse data.
- Maintaining effective business relationships with customers.
- Issuing purchase orders to customers.
- Presenting written reports and analyses to senior managers.
- Coordinating the shipment of goods from the warehouse.
- Sending reports and documents to customers.
- Investigating customer complaints.
- Analysing the stock replenishment recommendations.
- Ensuring a high service level on Parts supply.

Requirements

- He must have the capability to work towards and achieve very tough targets.
- The candidate should have extensive dealer experience.
- This position is open to all genders and nationalities.
- Good command of English language is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of Syncron inventory management software is an essential.
- At least 5 years working experience in a similar role.
