Job description / Role
Scope:
- Manage and Enhance Developer portfolio for our direct and agent sales network. Travel involved.
- Set up the second Savory and Partners in the Middle East office to service the needs of applicants and intermediaries both existing and potential.
Focus:
- Financially engineer / enhance real estate projects in Caribbean and Europe. Streamline stock offering, negotiate bulk contracts, provide rental guarantees, buybacks.
Remuneration:
$25,000 to $40,000 per year
Requirements
- Preferably male 30-ish
- Very well connected in HNW circles, agent networks if possible
- Previous background in real estate, immigration, banking, development, RICS/ CPA or similar wealth management qualification if possible. Previous companies such as Inside Track, Select Group, Knight Frank, IP Global, etc
