Job description / Role
We’re seeking talented, creative and user-centric iOS UI/UX designers with strong native iOS experience to join our products team and work on the mobile application we have under development.
You will start an in-house prototype and carry out a complete design to achieve the most effective and compelling user experience for the particular demographics we are targeting.
You will use your design skills to create new features, refine interfaces and collaborate with the product development and marketing team to enhance the experience and delight our users.
The Responsibilities
- Develop the UX and UI design for our Apps for iOS
- Present design proposals to marketing executives
- Create wireframes, storyboards and user flows to communicate design
- Work with the product team to innovate and deliver engaging designs and continue to build and advance the Apps
- Propose beautiful designs and polished user interfaces and experiences
- Clearly communicate your design ideas with the rest of the team, both verbally and in writing
- Work closely with the team to refine and finalize the design into production-ready assets
- Develop marketing materials such as screenshots, banners, etc. as needed
- Carry out user research and usability studies to evaluate the design
- Design for a range of mobile devices, initially iOS, then Android
Requirements
- Solid and demonstrable knowledge of UI and UX principles with a strong portfolio
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, 2+ years with iOS applications
- One or more applications successfully launched in the App Store
- Experience and proficiency with design & mockup tools of the trade such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Muse, Omnigraffle, Balsamiq, Axure, Fireworks and InVision
- Strong skills of typography, color, materials and textures and their application in product design
- Acute mindfulness and taste within the various fields of graphic, product, and digital media design with an exceptional eye for detail.

- Have a passion for all kinds of technology and mobile apps
- Have created his own design systems and methodologies
- Be able to multitask, prioritize, hit deadlines and be able to own a project from inception to launch (and beyond)
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to create strong, simple and clean visual design sense with a strong graphic design and aesthetic skills
- Have a deep understanding of users’ behavioral psychology when using technology
- Be able to execute on existing design patterns, while conceptualizing and building room for future updates
- Be able to demonstrate technical documentation experience
