Job description / Role
Client is a leading family group in Dubai is looking for an IT Administrator.
The IT Administrator will be responsible for the following:
- Support the Enterprise Solutions Partner in installing, upgrading and Integrating ERP systems
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
- Communicate relevant IT-related information to senior management
- Assist in any IT related admin task as and when required
- Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
- Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures
- Interact with 3rd party vendors for the procurement of hardware/software
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an IT related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of IT Administration
- Candidate must be located in the UAE
- ERP installation experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills are a must
