IT Application Development Specialist

Job description / Role

- Extensive experience in SharePoint 2013/ SharePoint Online including but not limited to: workflow foundation, security, search, content management, document management, business intelligence, business processes, forms, custom content types, portals and collaboration. site collections, plan and configure service applications, manage users and permissions, configure authentication, manage taxonomy and configure user profiles
- Design and develop custom solutions in a SharePoint 2013 / SharePoint Online environment using the following toolset: SharePoint Object Model, .NET/C#/JQuery, Visual Studio 2013/Team Foundation Server, SQL Server Stored Procedures, Microsoft Entity Framework and programming ADO.NET.
- Design and manage features and solutions, develop code for custom server-side components, manage and customize authentication and authorization, create custom sites and lists and manage the site lifecycle, create custom workflows to automate business processes, use fields and content types to manage taxonomy, customize the appearance and behavior of user interface elements, customize navigation and site branding and good knowledge of windows server administration and LDAP/Active Directory.
- Administering & managing the SharePoint farms and databases.
- Design and develop web applications

Requirements

- 5 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint development and administrative.
- Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Information Systems.
- Developing Microsoft SharePoint 2013 Core Solutions certification or equivalent preferred.
- Core Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 certification or equivalent preferred.
