IT Business Analyst - HR, Benefits, Visa - 12 Month Rolling Contract

Job description / Role

Our client is currently looking for an IT Business Analyst to be a domain expert for the assigned business area and will provide consulting service to the customers and to IT project teams. You will also assist IT Project Managers as required on projects relevant to the customer unit by writing specification documents or providing domain advice for development, functional implementation and user activities.

Requirements

Mandatory
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on implementation experience in a similar capacity, along with a track record in business systems analysis.
- Sound domain knowledge in HR, Payroll and Benefits
- Implementation experience in Oracle HR, Oracle Payroll and Oracle Advanced Benefits and custom HR Applications
- Must have performed lead functional role (client facing and not supporting role from Offshore)
