Description
* As an IT Business Partner, you will be responsible of providing strategic consultation in key management areas such as: Service Management, Risk Management and Relationship Management
* You will communicate prioritized decisions relevant to business unit requests, projects and initiatives
* The IT Business Partner will identify business opportunities, and will be managing client relationships with internal business unit stakeholders as well as other key stakeholders
* You will partner with business leadership to prioritize projects based on predefined criteria
* You will refine SLA's based on business needs
* As an IT Business Partner, you will engage with the business function heads to understand the business, identify their needs, develop, implement and further deliver business solutions in collaboration with corporate IT
* You will assist in the development of metrics used to track value of delivery
* Track ROI for business initiatives including the costs, benefits and risks
* As an IT Business Partner, you will communicate business needs with appropriate IT functions
* You will maintain knowledge of multiple business functions to identify conflicts/synergies between business functions and technologies
* As an IT Business Partner, you will promote the effective use of technology and claim ownership of BU specific projects

Requirements

The successful candidate for this role must be a strong analytical thinker with a Bachelor's Degree in information systems, business administration or a related field.

The ideal candidate must have a proven record of 10 years in delivering IT business solutions and at least 3 years of experience in managing a team. The successful candidate must possess strong communication & leadership skills with fluency in English. An IT certification and fluency in Arabic is an added advantage.
