IT Engineer

Job description / Role

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation, and supporting the technical needs of the employees and overseeing IT infrastructure projects at various sites.
• Maintain and configure network security devices (e.g., Fortigate firewalls) for site-to-site VPNs and client VPNs based on specific requirements.
• Manage the UniFi and Fortinet wireless management systems, including adding SSIDs, implementing Microsoft NPS authentication for user access.
• Administer the Aruba and Fortinet switches, creating multiple VLANs, configuring Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP), and Quality of Service (QoS).
• Manage Office 365, including maintaining licenses, assigning licenses based on user requirements, and managing Exchange Admin Center policies.

Salary:
AED 9,500 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Male, 38 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in an IT Engineer/Network Administrator role, preferably in the interior design/contracting industry
• Expertise in network design and implementation, system administration, cloud services, and security management
• Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Fortinet, and Office 365 is mandatory
