Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose: Implement an IT governance framework which drives the implementation of good practice and continuous improvement in IT governance measurement. Also to ensure that high level of quality standards, processed are implemented and used to improve the quality of work and reduce the risk, cost/ time .

Job Description
- Responsibility to optimize, streamline, maintain and update ITD processes or documentation, in the event where processes or documentation are shared the employee shall be responsible to inform the owner of any process document about required changes or improvements
- Defines, recommends and drives approval of IT Division policies, standards and procedures
- Handle and manage projects end to end related to IT governance such as ITD process streamlining and automation, automation of ITD performance management
- Maintain IMS certification (ISO 27001, 9001:2008, PAS99)
- Manage and drive IT governance and compliance measurement
- Ensure IT security awareness e Learning training's; awareness sessions on specific IT processes are conducted
- Ensure generation, review and delivery in timely and accurate way of periodic reports for the department performance like the MBL (Monthly business letter), QBL ( Quarterly business letter), scorecards/KPI’s delivered
- Organize, conduct and analyse ITD surveys related to business user and ITD staff satisfaction
- Assist the IT GRM manager in managing the overall department deliverable s including unplanned tasks assigned by management

Requirements

- 5+ years’ experience in similar role
- 3 years’ experience in banking
• COBIT 5
• ITIL
• Must be Arabic speaker
