As the IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and operation of the company's IT infrastructure and operations and ensuring that their systems are reliable, secure, and efficient.

Description
* Develop and implement an IT infrastructure strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
* Oversee design, implementation, and operations for both on-premises and cloud environments.
* Manage and guide an IT operations team to ensure efficient, secure, and compliant systems, enforcing operational policies and best practices.
* Manage DevOps practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline development pipelines, ensuring timely and high-quality software solutions.
* Maintain infrastructure integrity through disaster recovery plans, budget management, transitioning operations to managed services, while ensuring continuous improvement, effective communication.

Requirements
* Familiarity with international frameworks such as ITIL, PMI or Prince 2 is preferred.
* At least 20 years of overall experience with 7 years of leadership experience.
* The ideal candidate should have experience in developing strategy for an organisation's IT infrastructure and operations and should have exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated experience in managing relationships and metrics with managed services.
* Must have experience managing managed services vendors in a large diversified conglomerate.
