Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned real estate organisation based in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire an IT Operations Specialist to work alongside their service desk team.

Your main responsibility will be to work closely with the Service Desk team, ensuring the IT service provided by the team is to the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will also be the key person responsible for vendor management. In addition, you will manage IT service contracts and software licences. You will work between various teams including IT, service desk and business partners, therefore, it is crucial you have customer facing experience along with excellent communication skills.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a Degree within computer science/computer engineering. You should have at least 5 years experience within service desk management. It is crucial you are ITIL certified and have a solid experience of working closely with a business.
