Job description / Role
The IT Program Manager will be responsible for manage large Transformational & Strategic Projects for the Bank. These key initiatives are expected to greatly enhance Bank's Product Capabilities and therefore have significant impact on Bank's Top and Bottom Lines.
Other Responsibilities include:
* Program Planning, ensuring the project has well defined business case, charter, scope, requirements, deliverables
* Effective Execution of the program, from scope, schedule and quality. Responsible for Risk Management, Schedule management, Milestones and Dependencies Management
* Technical Project / Program Management.
* Estimation, Risk Management, Solution Review, Resource Planning
* Cost and Schedule Management.
* Vendor Management
* Process Compliance
* Stakeholder Management (Business, IT, Risk, Security, Vendor)
Requirements
* Extensive IT Project Management experience in Banking Domain (Treasury).
* Experience in implementing Murex or related treasury projects in a Bank or other financial institution.
* Product Migration from an existing system of record to the new system covering all the upstream integrations and downstream data flows including financial systems such as DW, General Ledger etc
* Significant experience in leading large Programs running for more than 12 months that have enterprise wise impact.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders including business heads, functional heads and Org Management
