Job description / Role
Deliver, lead and deploy key projects within the GCC. You will be leading a small team of skills professionals in high-level advanced technical projects.
Your mains duties and responsibilities:
- To ensure project are managed in a timely fashion and delivered to strict timelines.
- Maintain high governance, quality and deliver standards in line with pre-determined expectations
- Ensure effectiveness of the team delivery and management of stakeholders.
- Ensure high-levels of integration management, where you will building strong deep relationships with the customer, where you will ensure that their strategic direction is met and understood by all parties involved.
- Take full accountability of project performance
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage the varying customer expectations.
- Deliver and develop new planning techniques to ensure more effective and efficient project delivery
- Take ownership of project cost management.
- Develop new initiatives to ensure that best practice and project quality management is kept at a high standard.
- Ensure high levels of Project Risk Management.
- Deliver high levels of project procurement management, establishing solid relationships with thirds parties to ensure smooth delivery of the project plan.
Requirements
- You will have delivered complex IT solutions
- You will have experience of a delivering large scale multi service network deployments.
- You will possess strong leadership and people management skills, having successfully led a mix of technical delivery teams.
- Possess strong influencing skills and be an effective communicator.
- Have a strong customer focus
- Strong understanding of project financial managing
- Possess a Project management certification, i.e. Prince 2, PMP
