Job description / Role

In this role, you will:
- Oversee the day to day coordination of a portfolio of IT infrastructure and some application initiatives.
- Be responsible for Costing, budgeting, risk mitigation, scheduling and resource planning activities.
- Help developing proposals and coordination of requirements documentation.
- Be hands on role with requirement to play an active role in delivery.
- Be prepare and maintain tracking status documents and dashboards.
- Work with project owners to help prepare, develop and maintain plans.
- Work with the PMO to provide information for departmental scorecards, key metrics and corporate presentations.
- Coordinate initiatives in accordance with DM project management framework.
- Successfully deliver to agreed objectives/budgets and schedules.
- Ensure smooth implementation of projects.
- Have excellent inter-personal, communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborate with associated technology teams, businesses and vendors.
- Contribute to an innovative environment.
Requirements
To bring your dream to life, you'll need:
- Excellent project management and financial planning skills.
- 5 years of experience managing small to medium size projects.
- Experience of implementation, operations and transition.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure (e.g. data centres, networks, storage, operating systems and databases).
- Vendor management and procurement skills.
- Understanding of SDLC, application implementation and enhancements.
- Appreciation of security posture.
- Knowledgeable about Cloud Computing, Big Data and SaaS.
- PMP / Prince2 / ITIL
