Our Client
Halian are partnering with a leading UAE banking and financial services corporation who are undertaking a major digital transformation and require an experienced IT Project Manager with banking experience to join the team permanently.
Your Responsibilities
• Excellent project manager that can plan ahead of the team and surface hidden risks within the execution plan
• Relentless prioritization and alignment with business and IT stakeholders to ensure highest value capture
• Evaluate and Implement solutions based on business requirement following the banks standard methodology and policies
• Complete business requirements including reports, develop workflows, understand end user experience, recommend process realignments based on logical reasoning and highlight market practice
• Ability to move between strategic discussions with senior client leaders to tackle on the ground agile coaching with teams
• Good understanding of leading cloud technologies and platforms and dominant future trends
• Good knowledge on data and analytics architectures and technologies (cloud and non-cloud)
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent degree
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience within Financial Services or Banking environment
• Experience with building successful consumer quality products, enabling business capability and objectives through technology
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior client business and IT executives on transforming towards agile
• Excellent understanding of Banking Domains (Retail & Corporate, Banking Network, Product Development, Transaction Banking)
