Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and delivery of full recruitment services under a Key Account.
- Achieve market level monthly targets.
- Management of client and candidates on an ongoing basis inline with company guidelines.
- Develop a strong workable database and manage all CRM entries and details.
- Working to enhance and promote the SwissGulf Partners brand throughout the MENA region.

Requirements

- Experience in the full recruitment process.
- Confidence in communication and experience dealing with all nationalities.
- Sound understanding of IT positions and job requirements.
- Understanding of (but not limited to) ERP/Oracle/ Java/ Tridion/ MySQL/ MS SQL/ Angular/Sharepoint.
- Dedication to your own career development and strong work ethic.
- Aviation industry experience desirable.
