Our client is one of the leading healthcare information company with a proven track record working with healthcare facilities across the globe.
Job Summary
• This role will provide day-to-day technical support for applications, end user hardware and software needs.
• You will be responsible for providing routine, technical support and maintenance for desktop, laptop, telecom and network systems including hardware, application software, operating systems and connectivity.
• Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting applications, hardware and software issues and document resolution and support as needed in addition to installing, configuring, and updating end-user desktop and laptop software with support as needed.
• Working experience in a healthcare/hospital environment is a plus.

• Hands-on experience in providing application support.
• Experience in Healthcare Industry is preferred.
• Valid UAE DL with own car is a preferred
• Happy to work and relocate to Ajman and occasional travel to Hatta
• This role is 6 days a week and working on shifts. (7AM-3:30PM; 9AM-5:30 PM, 11:30PM-7AM)
