Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Major Responsibilities:
- Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
- Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.
- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge.

Development Support Role:
- Ability to understand the business process of the client and familiarity of the procurement management life circle.
- Being a system analysists and ability to turn the client’s business requirement into a solution in a best possible manner is must.
- In order to maintain the product quality, familiarity of different testing mythologies required.
- Ability to develop Business proposals, Product Specifications & Schedules.
- Familiarity of the following technology is must in order to provide development support for IMPETRO.
- .NET framework 4.5 or higher.
- ASP.NET MVC 4 and higher.
- ASP.NET C#
- JavaScript
- CSS
- JQuery Library and UI
- MS SQL Server 2005, 2012 & 2014.
- HTML 5
- Entity Framework 6.1 or higher
- TSQL, Linq & Lambda Expressions.

Support & Maintenance Role:
- Ability to setup and maintain Local Area Network.
- Knowledge on Backup tasks and Backup Plans.
- Understanding of cloud computing.
- Familiarity on Windows Azure.
- Knowledge on web servers such as IIS 8 or higher.
- Disaster planning
- Source control management and familiarity on VSO.
- Basic knowledge on CPanel, DNS and Firewalls.
- Familiarity of Windows Server 2012 data center.
