Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The role include training bank staff on the use of a banking software and support them in its proper usage through face to face training, workplace coaching and phone support similar to help-desk manner.

The role will be for 3 month contract stage then possible extension to a full time if proved value to the organization.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have proper competencies for being a good trainer and presenter. With high communication skills and an engaging personality.

Knowledge of IT and handy in learning new software. Ability to explain steps in the process for trouble shooting.

English is a must, Arabic is favorable.
