Intelligent Transportation Systems Manager / Specialist - Dubai, UAE

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares and manages Project and Department Management Plan. This shall also include the budget estimates and staffing requirements for the projects.
- Liases and manages business relations with clients, local authorities, and developers.
- Directs and actively participates in planning the business development strategy for ITS business opportunities.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop technical proposal content for client presentations and other presentation materials.
- Provides direction, making decisions and/or obtaining additional assistance as the situation warrants to ensure project completion per schedule and budget.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Requirements

- Masters in Civil, Traffic Engineering or related field.
- At least 18 years of extensive experience in various Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) design, and application projects around the world.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Preferably with at least 4 years relevant work experience in UAE or in the MEA region.
