Play Your Part
Responsible for different tasks assigned time to time basis in finance department. Ensure availability of accurate information in the systems.

Main Duties:

- Perform and execute all the activities normally undertaken in the Revenue Accounting Function under the supervision of the line manager.
- Support maintenance of up-to-date systems, policies and procedures implementation and review to handle and control transactions related to revenue and collection (including discounts) and ensures that DPR's records are maintained accordingly.
- Ensure that procedures for the delegation of authority (DoA) are followed
- Record AR Invoices in Oracle Financials / Leasing system for all entities under DPR corporate management
- Booking of receipt vouchers in Oracle Financials for Sales or Leasing and treasury related receipts (including PDC's [post-dated cheques]) in line with DoA and policy.
- Preparing monthly Sales or Leasing and receivable schedules
- Preparing monthly accrual and accounting for Sales or Leasing and receivable schedules
- Assist with year-end confirmations, reconciliations and closing provisions are made with regard to all outstanding payments
- Assisting with issues and providing information to business users relating to AR.
- Timely & accurate processing of invoices in the accounting systems on a daily basis
- Ensure proper approval and supporting documentation are available for all payments and that they adhere to applicable policies and procedures.
- Ensure correct allocation of costs and project codes where applicable
- Record AP invoices for project and opex in Oracle Financials
- Ensure that complete and accurate records of transactions are maintained to enable effective control and review
- Coordination with various departments on invoice issues to resolution
- Preparation of vendor reconciliation and report on any issues and follow up with vendors for open invoices, bank details etc
- Prepare and review weekly status reports on all pending payments and follow up so that all invoices overdue for payment and report the same to Management on monthly basis
- Providing accurate information for audit conducted by the inter & external audit team
- Preparing accurate & timely MIS analysis at month end and adhoc reports as required, supporting systems implementation of Oracle
- Financial- AP; including UAT - testing all possible AP ,AR, GL scenarios, data migration (templates and checking) resolution of issues (BUGS)
- Support systems implementation of Oracle Project Costing
- Provide training on Oracle ERP to new business users as and when required

Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management team

Requirements

Are You a Star?
In order to be qualified for this role you should possess the below criteria:

Essential:

- Business college graduate with relevant experience
- 3-4 years related experience
- ERP Financials
- MS Excel - proficient level
- MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Powerpoint - proficient level
- Numerical acumen, good communication skills & needs to be a team player.

Desirable:

- Commerce graduate , CA/CPA or equivalent preferred
- MBA or Masters
- Oracle Financials
- Excel - intermediate level
