Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Audit & Accounting:
- Support external auditors in their review
- Perform monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations

Record all finance transactions in the accounting software, including:
- Suppliers (invoice reception and payments)
- Staff´s Expenses Notes (reception and payments)
- Clients (invoice issuance and collections)
- Fixed assets (new assets and depreciation)
- Payroll entries
- Petty cash transactions
- General accruals and amortizations
- Journal entries

Accounts Payables:
- Lead the suppliers´ invoice online approval process, by uploading and recording the invoices into the software, supporting and pushing approvers to sign the invoices without delays.
- Be the point of contact for all suppliers regarding finance matters. Proactively follow up with them to receive their invoices on time.
- Review Expense Notes from staff before making payments.

Accounts Receivable:
- Follow-up on billings and client collections with Project Directors and clients.
- Issue client´s invoices.

Payroll:
- Coordinate with Human Resources Department in maintaining payroll records.

Treasury:
- Deal with the banks on day to day issues.
- Process payroll payments on time.
- Upload payments to the bank’s website.
- Participate in updating cash flow forecasts.

Other Administrative tasks:
- Coordinate with the Travel Agency to support staff on travel bookings.
- Support reception when receptionist is it out of the office.
- Other ad hoc requests.

Type: Full-time
Salary: 7 K AED/month + benefits.

Requirements

- Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in GCC countries.

Technical skills:
- High Microsoft Excel level. Be agile with numbers.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) is a must.

Personal skills:
- Accuracy and attention to the detail are a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Proactive communication.
