Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a successful Private Equity firm looking to hire a Degree educated Junior Administrator to be based within their centrally located Dubai office. The Junior Administrator will report directly to the Vice President and will be client-facing, supporting on various accounts and assisting on new business acquisitions.
The core functions of this role will be to attend meetings and record accurate minutes, curating bespoke proposals based on quantitative data provided by clients and ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately. The role will support the Vice President in identifying client’s investment needs and will also focus on building strong stakeholder relationships with new and existing accounts.
Requirements
Due to the nature of the role, it is imperative that the successful candidate holds a finance-related Degree, other Degree holders will not be considered. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess a maturity and professionalism within their work which will be conveyed in their interactions with prospective and existing clients.
The successful candidate will be highly driven, enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills. You will have the ability to work cohesively within a team and shall also be confident and organised with strong administrative capability.
