Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a top tier bank with a blue chip, diverse legal team. Reporting to the senior legal counsel, you will assist with finance matters, including but not limited to legal documentation, NDAs, lending and related investment banking matters. . You will support the Head of Legal in all Legal related matters across the Middle East region, covering UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and KSA. The business also covers countries such as Kuwait, Oman, North Africa, Levant and countries within new frontiers such as Iraq.

Requirements

* Lawyer with ideally 3-5 yrs of post-qualification experience in an international law firm or international company, preferably with banking or finance.
* Must be UK qualified.
* Regional experience highly preferred.
* Arabic fluency highly preferred.

Skills:
* Ability to draft complex and sophisticated documents
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Ability to manage and lead projects
