Junior Business Development and Marketing Manager - Dubai

A leading consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking a Junior BD and Marketing Manager to join the office in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and client relations, this individual will be responsible for building incisive business development initiatives, identifying potential marketing segments and building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Formulating and implementing marketing and business development strategies.
* Developing and presenting relevant business proposals
* Responsible for keeping track of market intelligence with respect to market development, projects and competitive activity.
* Responsible for implementing market research, brand awareness, customer surveys and analysing customer demand.
* Present market findings to the management team on a regular basis.
* Manage marketing materials production and distribution.
* Responsible for securing sponsorship, assisting in publicity, marketing plans and strategy.
* Attend and organize exhibitions, sales and promotional events.
* Liaising with and reporting to the Head of Marketing and client relations and in carrying out campaigns, seminars.
* Responsible for writing and distributing the press releases.
* Building strong relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.

Requirements

* Minimum 4 years' experience of marketing experience, ideally in professional services, legal or oil/gas environment.
* Must have previous marketing experience in a role of seniority.
* Strong English both written & spoken
* Must be able to build & manage relationships with senior stakeholders and PR agencies,
* Must be proactive, able to work autonomously and have a good understanding of BD best practise within a professional services environment
