Job description / Role
The overall role responsibility of the Digital Support Officer is to execute the marketing initiatives in support of long term business strategy as well as to help the marketing team, mainly with digital communications, to achieve the overall objectives of the business.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Support all HR Internal Mailers and Communications.
- Creation and Support to HR Department regarding all their internal Mailers and Communication.
Different Bank department’s Internal Mailers and Communications.
- Creation and Support to Different Bank Department regarding all their internal Mailers and Communication.
ADCB’s Online Magazine
- Coordination with all the departments and vendors for the Echannel’s material, layout and launching on myADCB.
Printing Jobs
- Handling new requirements for printing Certificates, ADCB folders etc. through vendor.
Event Management
- Managing event requirements in term of giveaways, Presentation preparation, Digital support etc.
Supporting Manager
- Supporting Manager to execute the marketing initiatives in support of long term business strategy to achieve the overall objectives of the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Total years of experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position
- Digital Web Design experience is required
- Proficiency in any Design Applications & Software
