Junior Marketing Executive

Job description / Role

We are looking for a Tagalog Speaking Junior Marketing Executive who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to the clients to drive business growth. They must be able to handle stressful situations and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
• Responding promptly to client inquiries.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat or other communication channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving client complaints if requires as per the Management instruction.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Identifying and addressing areas for improvement in the customer care process
• Collaborating with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, Training to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
• Keeping records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints and reporting on regular basis
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 2,300 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Any Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1 year of Working experience in the same role
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
• Working knowledge of MS office tools
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
