Junior Occupational Safety Trainer

Job description / Role

We are looking for Junior Occupational Safety Trainer who will be responsible for delivering training programs related to workplace safety and health. The ideal candidate must have a NEBOSH-3 Certification with Electrical Engineering background.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing training materials, presentations, and resources to effectively communicate safety procedures, policies, and guidelines to employees and management.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, either in-person or through virtual platforms, to educate employees on safety practices, emergency procedures, and risk management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry-specific safety regulations, standards, and legal requirements to ensure training materials and programs are current and compliant.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and evaluations to demonstrate compliance and track employee progress.
• Assisting the operation coordinator to coordinate with the site and location
• Receiving the feedback from the safety training attendees.
• Conduct safety trainings at both training centers and the client site
• Make sure that all the trainings courses that to lead are done and in line with the standards as set by the company.

Salary:
AED 2,400 to 2,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
• NEBOSH Level 3 Certification
• Proven experience in health and safety department
• In-depth knowledge of occupational safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively convey complex safety concepts.
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Salary: AED 2500
