Junior Partner / Of Counsel - Financial Litigation - Dubai
US International Law Firm - 7+PQE

One of the US's leading law firms is seeking a senior level financial dispute lawyer for their office in the UAE. Due to the clients and the background of the firm in question they are open to bring on board individuals as Junior Partners or Of Counsel depending on the profile of the individual.
The firm is recognised as one of the leading law firms in world when it comes to financial transactions and this is demonstrated in their client base. A client base that is increasing seeking senior litigators to bolster their considerable presence in the GCC.
Financial Litigators will have a genuine reason to be in the region and have solid exposure operating in the GCC. They will be familiar with both the UAE and Saudi arbitration and dispute processes.
Candidate will be senior enough (Min 7 PQE+) to manage their own case load, confident advising over seas clients, have established relationships with financial entities throughout the GCC.
Requirements
Junior Partners, due to the client base and future intended clients, NEED to be fully bilingual. They have to be confident in their ability to speak, read and write Arabic to a professional level. This is not something the client can compromise on and candidates are advised this from the offset.
The salary is dependant on a number of factors including current circumstance, intended level candidates are coming in at and if they happen to have any portable clients. But it will be competitive to reflect the current market and profile of the role.
