Job description / Role
We are currently looking for a junior recruiter/ young graduate to join our team. If you have a passion for HR and Recruiting, and /or want to learn more about the field, then we want to talk to you.
Job Description:
- Assist with all aspects of recruitment and on-boarding
- Candidate Sourcing
- Candidate Screening & Interviewing
- Manage Applicant Tracking System
- Plan & Coordinate Recruiting Events
- Assist Senior Recruiters with Miscellaneous Duties
- Assist with Employee Inquiries
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the recruitment industry and / or hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, ,Interpersonal/Organizational Communications, or any other related field
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities
- Arabic Speaker
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Proven people skills
- Cooperative attitude with team-oriented disposition
- Desire to pursue a professional career in the Staffing & Recruitment Industry
