Job description / Role
- Study the approved shop-drawings and related section of the method statement to understand construction requirements. In particular, construction lines, levels and tolerances.
- Monitor and control the latest valid issued for construction drawings used by the construction crew.
- Study the relevant method statement and risk assessments and follow-up execution of work accordingly. Monitor compliance with the safety standard.
- Maintain and record daily site events - Operation - Manpower - Plant / Equipment - Weather conditions - etc. and submit daily report.
- Submit requests for inspection together with relevant check list to Quality Engineer and coordinate for final inspection and handing over to the Consultant.
Requirements
Graduate Civil Engineers, with 1-2 years experience as Site Engineer with large building contracting companies.
Preference will be given to those who are computer literate and speak English & Arabic fluently.
