What you will be doing:

- Follow all kitchen regulations as outlined and directed.
- Maintains a professional / friendly, yet discreet relationship with the outlet patrons to ensure their well-being.
- Liaise with food and beverage to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
- The ability to be able to work in another area when needed and take part in cross training when directed.
- To assist in same day preparation and advance preparation for another station as instructed by the supervisor
- The ability to all food items for storage must be covered, dated and labelled according established guidelines, standards and checklists.
- The ability to be able to work unsupervised.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Service focused personality is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
